Riyadh, 13 September 2023: ROSHN, the Kingdom’s leading national real estate developer and PIF-funded giga-project, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Dawiyat Integrated Telecommunications & Information Technology Company at the Cityscape Global in Riyadh to provide residents of ROSHN’s future projects in western regions with modern, high-quality fiber optic connectivity.
Under this agreement, Dawiyat Integrated will provide fiber optics connectivity to more than 5,660 residential units in the first phase of ROSHN’s SEDRA community, and a total number of 34,520 residential units in the seventh phase of the same project.
